The all metal construct and apparent higher quality parts for the pump that help create the needed suction to deliver the hand soap make a huge difference. Other less expensive pumps were tried that were next to impossible to primo even with water and still failed to handle the thicker nature of liquid soap. I also added a longer tube with a check valve (very important) to be able to pump soap from a larger bottle. This pump handles lifting the soap the additional height with no problem so far. Pump has not been in use long enough to determine if the check valve does its job to prevent the soap from draining back into bottle.

Perfect. Fast shipping. Very pleased. Adds a bit of elegance to the faucet. Would highly recommend.

Very functional and paired well with our stainless steel faucet. Haven’t had any issues and it’s been installed for a year now.
