I really liked this faucet at first, and I did not have issues with the arm becoming loose, but after just 2 years the black paint is chipping off. It's almost completely gone where the sprayer sits in the arm, and it's also chipping away at the base where it doesn't even have constant wear. I love the design, but would not recommend due to poor quality. You'll need to replace it after a couple years. =(

Looks great, elegant and contemporary. Love the feel and also the water flow. However, after just 2 months of use, the plastic broke (where you pull out the water head). Now it dangles. Requested a replacement plastic hook.

This faucet is beautiful, sturdy heavy, and functional. However, the arms did not stay in place very well. I had to tighten the screws. But when I did that, I broke one screw! It is a special screw that you have to get from the company. I went to the hardware store and put together a replacement that looked like it would fit. It worked! And I was able to tighten the arm joints easily! Whew!! Emergency fixed! They need to get stronger screws because the new one I got tightened very easily. The other problem is the way the sprayer attaches to the arm. It is with a plastic piece that is very hard to remove. Magnetic would have been better. We will rarely remove the sprayer due to this. That’s a big problem. UPDATE (3-8-2021): We've been using this faucet for about 10 months now. I tried tightening the screws in the arm again, and this time another screw broke! I had to tighten them or else it would not stay in a fixed position. So I went to the hardware store and bought 4 new replacement screws. This time I got hex screw heads and several washers of various depths. I ended up using one thicker washer and one thinner washer. It worked beautifully! I was able to tighten the screws very tight. It was actually too tight (too hard to move), so I had to loosen them. I recommend replacing all 4 screws when you get this. Also, the plastic piece that holds the sprayer was a little problematic at first. It was too hard to remove the sprayer. But after about 4 or 5 months, it loosened up from daily use, and now it is very easy too remove. Also, the screw would constantly loosen, so I added a tiny piece of tape around the screw and now it does not loosen. After my little tweaks, I really LOVE this faucet. It looks very cool!
