Replacement Filter RO-1YPK

This filter set was misrepresented by Wayfair. The filter set that I received did not match the filters pictured on the website. It appears that they have been opened an relabeled as well as being dirty. This is shown in my pictures. The filters were not shrink wrapped as they have been in the past. They shipping packaging was also poor causing the rubber caps to come loose during transit, further causing me to receive a less than sanitary filters. I returned this set, but Wayfair would not refund my shipping. I guess they can ship inferior merchandise without being accountable for the product. Quickly run away from this company and find another online retailer as Wayfair customer service is very poor.
