I must express my disappointment with this product. Upon opening the box, it became immediately apparent that the quality was subpar. The materials felt cheap and flimsy, and it was clear that corners had been cut in production. However, the most egregious issue was the missing section in the box. It’s unacceptable to purchase a product only to find that crucial components are absent. This oversight severely hampers the functionality and value of the item. Overall, I cannot recommend this product due to its poor quality and the significant omission of a section in the box. Save your money and invest in a higher-quality alternative.

Looked very promising but was a waste of money. Would not recommend unless you want to risk a significant amount of water leaking onto your bathroom floor. The temperature control valve was faulty and after 1 use it started leaking out of the pivot handle, not at the connection threads, so the issue was in the part itself and not in the installation. It had been too many days by the time we installed it, so we couldn’t return and now it has to go in the garbage. Looked at the replacement part from the company and a few other people had the same problem in the reviews. If you do risk it place a bucket under just in case. We filled a bucket in a few hours so I wouldn’t trust this product.

The hot water options if very useful.
