there were 4 tiles chipped when delivered, also, the color is not what was expected. The pictures show a lot of gray and brown, the tiles have very little of those colors, mostly cream, which is not what I want. However, it is far too difficult to ship them back

Three broken tiles although no external damage. Perhaps the box was dropped. Product looks very nice. Actual dimension 3/16" below the 1" stated.
