My project was recently cancelled, prompting me to review my invoices. I discovered that I was originally charged $36 per square foot for tiles that are now listed at $16 per square foot.When I reached out to customer service for a commercial gesture, I was told this massive discrepancy was due to "dynamic pricing." Charging nearly three times the current price is completely unacceptable and cannot be explained away by standard price fluctuations.
