The product is excellent. The supply chain especially federal express Canada was not honest. Lied about delivery attempts. Called customer support and rep was excellent however could make no promises for delivery assurance. Upon arrival delivery person was very personable. There is an issue with the systems in place to ensure honest communications communication about delivery

Although Wayfair depicts a whole plank as a sample, what you actually get is a 8” x 6” piece of the plank. Hardly enough to see the colors, wood grain, variations, etc. what a waste of time.

Based on the photos, I purchased the Duren American Cherry vinyl plank flooring and received instead Katone American Cherry Legacy. If the images on this page are accurate, Duren's American Cherry has richer and brighter tones, whereas the Katon American Cherry Legacy, as you can see from the attached photo, is duller and browner in tone, as if it were a faded version of Duren American Cherry. (To be clear, the product did NOT arrive damaged by fading.) After I requested a replacement from Wayfair with my specific instructions to send me ONLY the Duren American Cherry, I was sent yet ANOTHER case of Katone American Cherry Legacy! I plan to make the best of it and put the Katone in another room where it won't clash with the furnishings, but, for the room I intended the Duren, I'll have to search somewhere else for what I want, which has caused a disappointing delay in the installation. Don't know what else to say, really.
