This is nice tile… Real nice. At the end of a long day, I rest my head on my pillow knowing that the tile I bought is high end. We’re doing a terracotta and bone checkerboard. Color preferences aside, the finish and feel is a 10. The variation factor adds to the premium impression. When it comes to the color, this stuff looks much better than 90% of the mountain of tile samples we considered. There’s no pixelated coloration making me feel like the factory had their HP Deskjet set to “economy / fast”. Go ahead, you can take a magnifying glass to my tile. It’s got nothing to hide.

We placed 2 orders for wall tile. The first order of 3 boxes arrived externally in very good condition and only the first box opened to verify the tiles were correct. The time period for reporting damage passed before another was opened to reveal 50% of tiles with a broken corner. Of course, we can't be sure this was not our fault somehow but, again, the exterior box and packing was all intact. Short on tiles needed for the project, we ordered a 4th box. This order contained the wrong tiles. As sometimes happens after a few deep breaths, we discovered the wrong tiles actually addressed a design issue we'd not been able to resolve. Among the options Wayfair offered us, we chose to keep the wrong tiles and get a 50% refund.
