Lucid 3'' x 6" Glass Subway Wall Tile (32 pieces 4 sq.ft./Box)

This tile is beautiful! I love the seafoam color. We wanted “spa vibes” for our bathroom. We are using it for an accent wall and the shower walls in our new bathroom. We barely had any waste. I would advise though to avoid getting this brand of tile if you are doing a large sq ft project because it requires removing both a piece of cardboard and plastic wrap from each individual tile. For some reason the plastic was really hard to get off. We weren’t sure if it was fused from heat in the warehouse We missed this aspect, and it cost us a whole day of labor and many nights of unwrapping tile. We had to remove plastic from each individual tile for 44 boxes. If I had known it was packaged that way, I probably would have sourced a different tile. Kind of unfortunate! Otherwise I love it.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this tile. The reviews were great so I bought 18sf of the Bright White. My contractor installed the tile and as you can see by the pictures I have uploaded (the very last picture is of the ONLY wall where all the tiles matched), there is a huge variance in the tiles. One of the reasons I chose this tile is because it was listed as "V1" = no variance. The tile looks horrible and it would cost me thousands of dollars to have my contractor take down the tile and replace it so I am going to live with this as it is in a second home and don't have to look at it but for a few months out of the year. I complained (rightfully so) to Wayfair. They gave me a partial credit on my order, even after seeing all the pictures, which I felt was less than adequate. This is not something that can be redone easily or cheaply as if it were a can of paint that was the wrong color. So to say I'm disappointed in Wayfair is an understatement (the CSRs were very empathetic but their hands were tied as to how much they could compensate me). Three of the five boxes I received had the same lot #. The other two had their own unique lot numbers. While removing the plastic from the tiles we noticed that some of the plastic was very very hard to remove. We thought maybe they sat in a hot warehouse or something. Wish we had inspected them closer. Color variance was not noticeable until the tiles were up and on the wall. And the color on the boxes is listed as "crystal" not "bright white" as advertised here. Just be careful if you order the white glass tiles. I would hate for anyone else to go through this. What appeared to be a great deal on tile turned out to be a very costly expense for me.

Love the color. No complaints with the quality. Looks more like expensive than it is.
