Do not purchase. Ive been installing flooring for 10 years. The flooring does not expand nor contract in accordance with industry standards, is prone to cupping, chips very easily, the corners delaminate easily and cannot be used in front of window due to its inability to receive any type of heat source.

Product colour may not be as described and tiles are much thinner than expected.

The color is going to be perfect in my kitchen!

Nice tile but did not work for my project

I purchased these vinyl tiles in color “gray.” I’m giving them 4 stars and not 5 because they’re more patterned than they appear in the sales photos. But I liked them enough to keep them and tile a small utility room, and I’m pleased with the end result. There were some small gaps in the tiles and that were probably my fault and not because they weren’t cut correctly. Speaking of cutting, they’re easy to score with a box cutter, and it takes a little more work with a pair of scissors but it’s possible. Anyway, I “grouted” the tiles that had space between them (with some sort of light gray grout-like material in a squeezable tube) and it made the floor look even more like real concrete. I used double-sided rug tape to glue them in place over a linoleum floor. Much better than dealing with a glue mess. There’s also double-sided tape made especially for vinyl tiles. Be sure to place it close to the edges to keep them in place. Overall I am very satisfied with this vinyl tile. *Note that the tiles look textural but have no actual texture.
