The tile is nice. The shipping...not so much! Every tile in the box came in broken. The case was sent inside a larger box loosely wrapped in bubble wrap. No special care instructions on the outer carton, not even the word "fragile". Shipping also took 5 days longer than the estimate when I placed the order.

Tile themselves would’ve been fine but despite thick placing the tiles came broken. Wayfair customer support handled very well.
