Many tiles completely broken. Every single tile has scratches throughout due to poor packaging. A thin sheet of paper would have prevented this. Super disappointed.

All four boxes of tile arrived with significant scratching due to the way they are stacked on each other in the box. Had they been packed with a thin paper between the layers of tile they would have arrived in good shape minus a few broken pieces. This may have just been an issue for the matte black tile since the matte finish is easier to scratch and black shows scratched easily. I would think the manufacturer would take more care in packing such delicate items though.

I am obsessed with this tile and so is anyone I show it to! I used it in two bathrooms and the kitchen. It makes the room look larger with the elongated hexagon look to it!

If you are detailed oriented (or OCD), you will want to avoid this item. The weaving doesn’t just not line up but it was installed crooked on two of our items. One pillow was also shipped with a black line stain. Quite disappointed.

LOVE these tiles. This was my first time ever doing any sort of tile work and these were fantastic to work with. The light grey was perfect with a Rolling Fog grout (we have white cabinets). Gives it just the right amount of pop without being too overbearing. These worked well with the tile mat we used (Bondera) and the grout cleaned up easily from the tile, no scratches left behind. All tiles also came very well packed and totally chip free! Definitely glad I went with this style over normal subway, it gives just that little extra detail without being too much on the eye
