Loved this tile for our home - was so excited to have it laid. The tile was incredibly nice and beautiful in person. HOWEVER 1. It all arrived broken. Chips and cracks in every flat. 2. We ordered it twice and all of the tile was improperly set on the mesh. There was no space for grout and it was supposed to have 116 grout lines. Very disappointed. Poor shipping standards and poor quality control in the factory resulted in unusable tile. We re-ordered the same product from a different company with the exact same outcome. Beautiful product if it could be shipped in-tact and properly set on the mesh.
