The mantel was sent promptly by its manufacturer but fed ex sat on the delivery which affected our installation timeline and build of fireplace. Boulder Innovations did everything promised and even took a phone call regarding an installation question. They actually put someone on the phone who builds the mantel! The mantel looks fantastic and was easy to install. Very happy with them but fed ex, not so much.

Mantle is ok for a production unit. The staining on the one we received was not uniform. Wayfair customer service came thru and got a replacement very quickly.
