My first review of this item was positive, nice looking and seemingly in better quality than I thought considering the price. My opinion of the item is vastly different after installation. Biggest issue, the water flow is INTENSE! Seriously, why does a faucet need so many gallons per minute??? I wish I knew to pay attention to that before purchasing. This faucet is really more like a tub spout, not a bathroom faucet. The item was just installed today and I already know we are going to have big issues with this faucet in our heavily used powder room! This thing is going to shoot water out of the bowl and onto the person standing there with every single visitor! The other issue is the brass inside of the faucet is extremely rough and literally tears the washers apart every time the faucet goes into the adapter. Ultimately, we bought an "off" brand product and got an off brand experience that plumbers always warn will happen when you don't use the well established brands. We made a purchase based simply on style and lack of options due to global supply issues, and our purchase was a major mistake! Please save yourself the trouble unless you intend to use this as a tub spout and never need to adjust it again!

DO NOT BUY THIS FOR A SINK! It shows it with a sink, but its way too much water for sinks, and water goes everywhere, even on low. Gorgeous tap for a tub. Well built and exactly what I wanted, but the picture is misleading! ID GIVE IT 5 STARS FOR A TUB AND 1 STAR FOR A SINK.
