We ordered 2 items from this manufacturer, both arrived with multiple parts rusted. Unfortunately we waited beyond the 30 days for our contractor to install so didnt notice and we werent able to get a replacement.

I haven’t installed yet but love the color. The key part has a gold brass color which I love. The color is a dark bronze color and matches the Charleston door knobs I bought from brass accents.
