Hopefully there is enough room to type all the ways that wayfair has let me down with my purchase. Starting at the beginning, things have gone downhill since I hit "order". Everything from the delivery company delivering a couch in my porch when I wasn't home (It was supposed to be delivered into my house between 430-830 and they showed up at 3 and left it. To the fact they delivered a couch and not a vanity and I had to use social media to find my package and make the exchange myself. Now that my vanity is finally installed, there's spots all of the counter of my vanity (havent even used it yet). I just spent the last 2 hours chatting with wayfair to find out because there was "already a case" done on the shipping nightmare, they can't do anything with this. Now I have to live with this spotted vanity every single day. I have never been more disappointed in a company and how they've handled customer service issues. Ever.

Nicely made vanity and top. Color is more of a green/grey, not exactly what I expected.

Arrived on time with a little damage to the box. The vanity is beautiful and the blue color is true to the photos. A couple of unexpected details; the vanity comes with the countertop already mounted, which makes it extremely heavy to move and place, definitely not a one person job. The countertop was advertised as white (which was what I wanted) but is actually a white with grey marbling, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid, but this isn't a vanity that would be easy to return so beware of that detail. The vanity seems well made but the handles are a bit thin and flimsy and the drawers are hard to open. That same feature that makes them soft-close actually puts alot of resistance up when you try to open the drawers, and it takes quite a bit of force to open them. Maybe this will loosen over time, but it's not ideal. Overall it looks nice but I might have returned it if that would have been an easier option for me.
