Ventilateur à distance en ligne ILF120

As a stop gap until I figured out a good solution... for a basement ventilation I purchased this model locally at a heating place. In my opinion it is very quiet and no vibration noise. We have been running it about 12 hours a day or more for the last 14 yrs. It is still running. I hope they did not go to china to make their recent models since once any company has done that the quality goes down the sewer. Only wish is if this size came in at least 1,000 CFM. So.... very happy with the purchase. After our good experience I am looking for a model that will deliver a higher CFM.

I have in my home 4 of these fans for bathroom exhaust. They are so quiet that I have look at the timer light to see if the fan is on. All 4 have been in service for 15 years without the slightest problem. I installed two of the NuTone 6" fans as exhaust fan in my shop. They are great, mounted above the ceiling you can barley hear them. I highly recommend them.

This unit unit was installed by the builder of the condo where I live or by the previous owner. The fan is located in the basement and is used as an exhaust to the clothe's dryer which is located in the first floor. This fan is attached to the rafters in the basement. The problem is, this unit is extremely loud and and produces a lot of noise in the areas near where it is located. Not a low noise unit as the manufacturer claims.

My ILF120 fan is horribly noisy and Broan-NuTone says that's the way it's supposed to be. I sent the Broan-NuTone technical dept. a video of the fan noise, and they say it's normal. Ridiculous. Nobody would tolerate noise like this.

we have a larger bathroom and this fan ventilates well while very quiet. Something to keep in mind--it's very nice not to have the fan right on the ceiling rattling away. The only sound is the whoosh of air. Remember to buy the full kit, because aftermarket, the vent covers only come in 6-packs.
