Brondell products are JUNK! Their customer sucks! Once the warranty is up your screwed because you cannot buy spare parts. I have owned 2 Brondell Bidets they both crapped out when the warranty ran out. So they went into the trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seats themselves are very cheaply made plastic. I feel they could break. The delay on the sprays is very long compared to others I have had and there is no sensor to make sure you are seated before the water can spray.

We are in love with our new bidet! It’s been 6 months & it works perfectly! The warm seat is so inviting. I actually go out of my way to use this toilet. We are buying another one!!!
