This is my 3 rd brondell bidet. Purchased T44 slim line. I have a well so I use a filter on my bidet. It is noisy. Much more noise than previous models. i have purchased a total of 4( 1 for my daughters house). The first 2 i bought were disappointedly underbuilt and broken quickly. These were $700 models. the 3 rd was mechanically noisey but not nearly as bad as the T 44. Th e T 44 does not seem to clean your bottom as well as the first 2 I purchased. We will see how long this one lasts. Hey Brondell get the quality of the wash back please

Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point. Very happy with this purchase.

I can honestly say that I love this bidet! The heated seat, heated water, and side nightlight are all wonderful features. I know some people complain that the nightlight should be located inside the bowl, but I disagree. The light points to the side, which creates the perfect amount of ambient light for navigating around the bathroom in the middle of the night, without the need to turn on any light. The bidet nozzle has various positions so anyone can find their own level of comfort, plus it has an oscillating feature. I also really like having the remote mounted on the wall next to my toilet. I will say, the dryer feature is nearly useless. You'd have to sit for so long for it to actually dry thoroughly. So I just pat dry after use. My only complaint (and the reason I removed a star) is the seat lid. It's thin and flimsy, which was unexpected for the price point of this item. But my biggest gripe about the lid is that it doesn't like to stay up. You have to give it a "double tap" to keep it upright. And even then, it sometimes falls down onto my back while I'm on the toilet. As a germaphobe, this is a big problem for me. Again, for the high price point, I expected a sturdier, more reliable lid to match the quality of the seat. I have Lichen Sclerosis, a chronic inflammation condition that affects my undercarriage. I bought this bidet because wiping was an irritant that exacerbated the inflammation, itching, and discomfort. It's been an absolute game changer! My condition is more manageable and flares less frequently, which I attribute to using a quality bidet. And based on my encouragement, three friends have purchased their own bidets and love them. If not for the disappointing lid, I'd rate this item 5 stars (or higher if I could). I do wish the lid stayed upright and was made better. But even so, I absolutely love this bidet and will use it well into the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so bummed and disappointed I bought this t44. The seat is too thin making me touch the inside of the toilet bowl as I sit, the pressure even on gentle makes me wish the bidet bought me dinner first, the unit will turn off if i make slight adjustments on the pot for thorough cleaning, and the remote will stop working refusing to work again for 20 minutes or so if it does stop spraying due to adjusting I guess? There’s no way to manually turn the bidet on when the remote stops working. I have purchased the se600 in the past from Brondell and absolutely loved that unit, I figured I’d upgrade my experience after a break up and move-nope this unit has done nothing but frustrate me and make me regret my decision to spend the extra money. I wish I would’ve bought the se600 again for half the price, I never once had an issue with that unit. I’d return this but I threw the box out thinking I was going to love the t44 after my experience with the se600.
