I finally put the ladder up and it was clearly made up of two separate parts. The videos showed the product that I clearly didn’t have because my pieces weren’t matching up. There is also a problem with the base of the stairs. There’s a red plastic piece that looks like it should be removed as it was for protection and shipping but when I went to pull it off. It broke off in weird pieces and is stuck on. Finally my product got bent in the box which I didn’t notice until I installed the product. And the installation of this product is very difficult. I can’t imagine uninstalling this, and having to reinstall it again.

Worng size were sent over. I had to return and then the item was on back order. I had hard time to get the refund
