There are a lot of good things about this cabinet. No particle board, good design, excellant drawer rails, and a good looking finish at first impression. But it is a bit pricey and should be better. The drawer pulls are junk and to mount them I had to clean out the drillings on every handle using a machine tap that not many buyers may have. The second major shortcoming is the finish. The factory in Viet Nam used a white base paint which is a bad idea for the dark blue finish I ordered. The color coat is extremely thin so that every scratch and nick shows up easily. Additionally, the edge banding on the doors and drawers is not well adhered and is already peeling. Try harder, Wayfair. Your suppliers will supply what you demand of them

We searched and searched and searched for a solid wood vanity that oozed quality, form, and function. It took a lot of looking, but when we found this Sawyer Vanity Base, we knew we found a winner! This vanity is SOLID, well built, and exudes style. It is so great, we have bought two, one for each bathroom we have remodeled. We cannot say enough about this piece. Oh and by the way, the delivery by Wayfair is top notch! These pieces are HEAVY and they brought them up to each bathroom with ease using their delivery tools and straps! They were careful and courteous and the Sawyer base is well packed and shipped with the best packing and boxing materials! We are over the moon with our purchase. We changed out the gold hardware that was supplied (which is excellent quality too!) for something more in our home style, but that was it!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND these vanity bases. You can’t go wrong!!
