This product is okay but I did not like the design of the hose shower-head piece

Customer Service was helpful in us getting a few replacement parts for our faucet. Quick about replying nice to have the support when you need it.

Issues with all of the CasaInc product we’ve purchased. Initially the brand new valve was installed my a licensed contractor. The valve had issues and was creating a water hammering noise in pipes. Contact the company, only to get the run around for two weeks while our project stalled. Despite many pictures and videos of the install issue, they just went dark. We ultimate replaced the whole unit with a Moen and poof, water hammering went away. Product is cheaply made and customer service is horrible. Save yourself time and money and do not buy these shower systems.

value for money and works greaat

Haven’t installed this yet but very impressed with the quality of this product. Very sturdy and beautiful shade of gold. Exactly what i envisioned.
