Water barely comes through faucet. It is not usable at all. It also requires batteries to even be able to turn the water on manually. I cannot comment on the spray functions since the trickle of water leaves these also unusable. The posts are too narrow for my fireclay sink's openings, so they do not cover the holes entirely and there are no washers or anything included to account for this possibility (though the hole sizes seem standard). The entire faucet is pretty lightweight and does not feel like it is made out of metal, may be a good thing if you are installing in an RV or somewhere a lighter fixture is wanted, but this is going in my main sink and not what I was expecting for a fancy kitchen faucet. Packaging and delivery was fine. Installation was easy (but to be fair, my husband is a plumber, so I doubt he has issues with installing any fixture). Overall, for the price, I could have overlooked some of the unwanted details since name brand faucets cost about 4x as much. BUT...since the faucet doesn't even let water through I cannot overlook anything, it just doesn't work. I am trying to return but did not realize wayfair will charge me for return shipping (and I will likely not do much shopping here going forward now that I know this). I submitted a claim for defective product with the manufacturer and hope they will refund my money and take the item back - I will certainly update this review to report how the manufacturer handles this issue. I am in the middle of a DIY kitchen remodel and have a million details to worry about and do not have time to be dealing with this defective faucet, and kind of need the kitchen sink to work, like right now.
