am extremely satisfied with this product. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it works exactly as described. Overall we have been really happy with this shower over the past year and a half. The only negative comment is, the hard water stains are tricky to clean from the backplate of handle.

Disappointed with both the quality of the product I purchased and the lack of support I’ve received so far. After only six months of normal use, the paint on my fixture has begun peeling. This is clearly a product defect—not normal wear and tear—and completely unacceptable. I have already attempted to resolve this through your customer service team and was met with no meaningful assistance.

Beautiful shower and tub combo set. Feels very high end. Gorgeous gold finish. Love the large rain head and having a hand held wand. Will update review later once project complete.
