The tub per se is solid, and much larger than it looks in the on-line picture. That's great, since I'm quite tall and feared I'd be sitting in this tub w my knees under my chin! Not so. PLENTY of room, yet our 50 gal water heater had no problem filling it w HOT water. Installed it after a preliminary dry fit to be sure about the placement. The listed measurements match the actual. Drain mechanism was reassuringly familiar and largely of plated brass; my plumber approved, and said there was no reason to replace it w the $250 Kohler drain I was eyeing. Pretty easy install, but my plumber was careful in positioning the connection for the drain. Tub had a lot of manufacturing dust, but that cleaned up. Packaging was extraordinarily good, and damage in shipping would have been difficult to achieve w/o deliberate effort. The described STOOL, however, was NOT included in the delivery, and efforts to get one from CastelloUSA were unsuccessful. They apologized for the omission (once I was able get them to acknowledge I was missing a STOOL and not a "TOOL", but they said manufacturing of one would "take at least three months." Seriously?! That might mean as long as what? Six months? A year? Or never? They were difficult to work with, and remained adamant in refusing to take a stool from existing inventory for a more timely fulfillment. For a relatively expensive item, I thought CastelloUSA offered very weak "support." Fortunately, WAYFAIR was monitoring the back-and-forth and recognized the impasse. They stepped in w an acceptable credit against a different stool (shown in the photo). Bottom line: nice, deep, roomy tub. No stool, no support from CastelloUSA. So, I'm very glad that I purchased from Wayfair!

Great quality tub, solid all around. Just as described and easy to install. Deep enough to soak in yet fits in a reduced space. Stool did not arrive but Wayfair made things right.
