The vanity arrived broken, cracked and scratched in several places. The vanity top that was ordered and delivered separately was also broken. We actually discovered the break in the top before the delivery men left. My husband yelled out to him about the break and he said to contact Wayfair and kept walking. I had difficulty figuring out how to upload pictures to process my request for refunds. I spoke with customer service on June 19 to find out what I needed to do to receive a refund for both items. Today is June 24 and the last I heard the customer rep said Just give me a moment to review these details and explore the best way to assist you with the return. I have not heard anything since. The issue with the return is that initially I was told to repackage the items for return. I had asked how I was supposed to find boxes, etc big enough for repackaging plus the fact I am 72 yrs old and cannot be wrestling a vanity and top into boxes. I will wait a couple more days and try customer service again. Unfortunately as with most businesses these days it is difficult getting to the point where you can talk to a live person.

Vanity base arrived in perfect condition on the second programmed delivery date, and it exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately the vanity top which was programmed for delivery last week has still not arrived and Kore Logistics are currently unable to give me a new delivery date, so I am not able to install the vanity yet.
