This is a wonderful company!! This is the third project I’ve used knobs from Charleston Knob Company.... it’s like jewelry for your decor -) Wayfair has great prices and the delivery was quick and flawless.

I ordered the blue knobs. The knobs are gorgeous I put them on a white tv stand and it really pops. My problem is wayfair charging me the wrong price. When looking at the blue knobs they showed a sale price, which I have a pic of, but I got charged full price. So I emailed them, lady said the sale price is the green ones, I said no, look at my pic. No help. I called. Person talked to 2 supervisors, they can’t give me the difference between full price and sale price which is $14, even with the pic showing the sale price. Supervisor said, they show the sale price to get you to click on the photo but the green knobs was what was on sale. This seems illegal to me for one. Second, they don’t want to make their customers happy obviously, I mean it’s only $14 and I have a pic showing the blue was on sale. Very frustrating. So, I would not recommend buying anything from wayfair. I will tell my friends and family the same thing nor will I buy anything from wayfair again. If this is how they treat their customers I nor you should want anything to do with them.

Gorgeous knobs. I used them on a refinished dresser. Just as vibrant as pictured. Can’t say enough good things about these knobs!
