Vendor shipped poorly packaged, one was dented and the base has a "sticker" of black felt like bottom that was crooked and not applied properly. They did replace with my returning the damaged one of the tow ordered. It will also not be a good substance for a bathroom vanity that will get wet. It should be a rubber type material product. This is a pricey item, took a very long time to receive. I expected better

This is a very heavy, well made towel stand. The arms swivel and stay in place. Does not rust. Very pleased with this. Pros: Very durable and attractive

Had no room for a towel rod and this worked perfectly in the guest bath. Pros: Well made. Cons: Price has doubled in the past year!
