My review isn’t for the actual product but for the delivery and follow up after. When the item was delivered, the delivery team dropped the countertop and broke it. I followed up with customer service and they reached out to the manufacturer. They told me that a replacement countertop was supposed to be sent out to me and I would receive it by June 20. It is now nearly a month later and I’ve not received it. I attempted to contact customer service via text chat and got no answer. The only response was “Thanks for confirming that, Paul. I know its disappointing when a delivery doesnt arrive as expected, especially for something as important as a countertop. I want to helphowever I can.” And that was it. No further follo up, communica
