The towel ring is fine. HOWEVER, the process of actually receiving it was AWFUL. It took a total of FIVE MONTHS between ordering and receipt. This was ordered along with a couple of matching items and those items were received after only 3 months at which time this towel ring was also SUPPOSED to be in the same shipment. But, it wasn't. To make matters worse, instead of simply sending out the towel ring that was supposed to already be in the box, I was put through the entire ordering process again and required to wait another 2 months. So, unless you enjoy being frustrated and disappointed, find another towel ring.

Perfect! I just wanted a simple towel ring in matte black and this is just perfect.
