Missing pieces . Too expensive to be missing pieces and just thrown into packaging like this.

I love this shower head and wand. So elegant in my shower.

It is beautiful and looks high end at an affordable price point… but purchase with caution. We purchased this in April and our renovation was delayed so we didn’t install until January. The first time we installed and did a test run there was water slowly leaking from a piece between the wall mount and the handles. It was leaking in a place that had been chromed together by the manufacturer. A very slow drip, but a leak all of the same. We removed it and I went to contact Wayfair to discover I was over the 30 day return policy and that this product has NO manufacturing warranty. I also couldn’t find any information about this manufacturer online. We went to reinstall it to submit photo documentation to Wayfair and suddenly there was no more leak. It was a mystery to all of us, including our contractor. It works great, but I would purchase with this in mind. If I could do it again, I would spend the extra money and purchase the nearly identical Kingston Brass fixture for the peace of mind with the manufacturer backing.
