It took months longer to ship than I expected, and even longer to get installed. Once in my bath?! It is deep. Looks so amazing

This bathtub exceeded my expectations!! It is SO deep, gorgeous as a statement piece, and extremely comfortable. One word of warning shipping took FOREVER (4 months) because of multiple delays from the manufacturer. We finally found a customer service email online and got connected to someone who went above and beyond to make sure our tub got shipped. One other note The drain doesn’t stay up when I go to drain it (I have to hold it open so it drains...) but that might be an installation issue I’ll be checking with my plumber about.

We were a little worried about getting such a large piece delivered. No problem, the excellent delivery people put it right where we wanted it. They opened the box and to let us inspect. We haven't installed it yet, but can't wait.
