I recieved my tub twice . The first one came in crack . Wayfair took charge and send me a second tub in about 4 weeks thank you John

The soaking bathtub is awesome it was delivered on time and I would highly recommend this bathtub to anyone.

I'm not happy with the process. The tub showed a picture of a jetted tub when uninstalled but it wasn't a jetted tub. I ordered it thinking it was. When the tub was delivered to my home, the contractors installed it. I came over later and saw that it wasn't jetted. I called wayfair.com and mentioned it to them. They said it wasn't supposed to be jetted but agreed that the advertisement was misleading and would send me a jetted one that was about $300 more if I paid the reinstallation costs or give me $250 if I kept the same tub. The reinstallation charge was $650. I told them that I would pay the extra 300 if they paid the reinstallation fees. They said no so I decided to keep the tub and take the 250 reimbursement. I would have bought the jetted tub for the extra 300 if I had known the tub I got wasn't jetted and saved 350. If they would have let me paid the 300 extra and they paid the 650 for reinstallation, they would have been out of 350. They paid me 250 for keeping the tub and saved only 100 but got an unhappy customer.

I love the way it looks in the new bathroom. I have not yet finish the bathroom. This was a great buy
