Excellent product very happy with my choice

The name is deceiving because it doesn’t come with a handle to cut the water on/off. Wayfair doesn’t sale a matching handle either. Was very disappointed in this and returned without installing. While I can’t speak to the functionality of this item, I wouldn’t recommend bc of the lack of a handle that matches this “Complete Shower System”

Complete shower system is not complete. It was no valve trim and doesn’t signify where to purchase it so it will match.

This is beautiful, BUT I didn't realize that it doesn't include the valve and trim pieces. Note to self: you can't use a shower system without a handle/valve! Had I known, I'd have ordered a different system that included all of the components I need for the same price or less.

Haven’t installed yet, so I can’t comment on function but aesthetically lovely- brass is a little more “aged” in person, which I prefer. Parts are heavy (eg not plastic). I just wish there was a matching tub spoutdivertervalve.
