This is a great quality fan. My handyman assured me that it would suit my needs perfectly. I have a very small bathroom though, so, it would work better for me if I had an exhaust fan and light fixture in one. But, I plan to hold on to this and eventually use it in my basement bathroom.

Have not had time to install yet but I can attest to how well packaged this item is. I’ve opened the box and there are clear instructions, good packaging and hopefully a great product. I’ll come back and review shortly when I install. But it looks pretty straightforward.

This bathroom exhaust fan is quiet, but powerful! It works really well with clearing the steam from a shower. It does seem to end up with water droplets on the outside from clearing the steam, but this may be a normal thing and not a product issue. It was easy to install and had everything we needed with it.

This is a powerful exhaust fan that removes moisture and odors from the bathroom quickly. In spite of its power it is very quiet. The install was rather easy and done from within the bathroom with no need to climb up in a hot attic. Very pleased with this fan.
