We were looking for a way to get privacy between a kitchen and great room area. Not enough wall space for a sliding barn door. This was a perfect solution.

I have these barn doors throughout my house. I bought these and my husband made them into cabinet type doors instead of sliding doors. Now all my door match throughout the house. Love these!

This product is a good idea poorly executed and apparently no quality control. One of the boards was chipped, but the broken piece was in the box and able to be glued. One of the long boards was warped to the degree that I had to get out the bar clamps to get it together. The hardware package was short eight screws. I got in touch with customer support and they did send me exactly eight screws -- I guess they thought I would not need an extra. When finally assembled and installed, one section of decorative boards on the two panels did not align exactly. Also, the color sequence for the boards sent was not the same as the photo. Rather than having the lighter decorative boards abutting the center board, it was the darkest board that abutted the center in the package I received. Looks OK, but would be so much better if it was as pictured. Overall, a frustrating experience which only came to an acceptable outcome through patience, diligence, two different interactions with customer support, and 90 minutes spent watching YouTube videos to figure out how to get the thing installed (did I mention that the directions are as described in other reviews? -- worthless).
