Again, asking for reviews that I already gave, I have no idea what is going on with your system, but is annoying and not fair that you do this to customers. You know that the policy is to give the reviews as soon as possible otherwise the company charge the customer. Are you going to tell me that you wait months before you notice. Thanks God a have a good memory of what I write and photos I take. Stop doing this!! The item is amazing and I am very pleased with it

Once again, I reviewed this shower head a few months ago. This is the one that sprung an irreparable leak in a housing that was actually plastic and should have been metal. Looks really great but unfortunately it only lasted 2 months. So I would suggest to pass on this one. The 8 inch I bought is working well.

The showerhead has a few pros and cons. on the positive side, the installation was fairly easy instructions easy to understand. The appearance after installation is nice and modern. On the con side, the materials feel like a cheap plastic, so not sure they will withstand the test of time. The handheld nozzle has great, but the showerhead is very light so depending on preferences may not be ideal.
