Terrible instructions and not easy to install. Seems like I have a bad product.

Great product. Recommend for taller shower. My first order arrived broken and I had to request a replacement part which easily fixed the problem. I really love it , it did take a couple of times of reinstalling to prevent leaks, but no issues now that’s it set up.

Very heavy but having a terrible time installing! I cannot get the arm to tighten to stay up. I misplaced the instructions and figured it should be fairly easy to install myself. It’s not… the pictures don’t match up correctly. Hopefully my husband can save the day!

Great shower one of the best I’ve ever had in my life run. Don’t walk to buy this as soon as possible. This is a great investment for your home. You will feel like a luxury  shower was able to install it in 10minutes

I’ll say by opening the box and seeing the product that it is great quality. It also was packaged well. I haven’t installed just yet and will update pictures of it installed for the final look but I know this will look so good. As you can see how massive the shower head is compared to the one I have now. I will say I love that there are different speeds with the handheld compared to the one I have and the shower head is adjustable to height. For example my bf is 6’2 and this is perfect and so easy to adjust higher if needed. Update super easy to install and works perfectly. Soo happy with this purchase.
