Great purchase!the shower head has good coverage and the sprayer has 9 different options making showering a breeze I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new shower head,or to improve on their existing one.the set up was was very simple..it looks great in the bathroom.and works really well in comparison to other ones I have purchased in the past.I really don’t have anything bad to say about it.you have to go get one yourself and see the difference compared to a traditional head

I like the look and it was heavy but I bought it for my camper and it didn't work, so I have to use it at home so all and all it still works out.

We love this shower head. We had previously purchased the same showerhead in brushed nickel. We recently changed over to matte black hardware and purchased the same showerhead because we love it so much. The first one we received was defective and leaked, but wayfair replaced it without issue. Word of advice for installation (because the directions are lacking) only put 2 turns of Teflon tape at the shower neck and do not use tools to tighten. It has a rubber gasket inside the neck, which stops leak, but if the gasket is upside down, it will leak.

It’s been great up until about a month ago, started losing pressure in the handheld, and obviously the water wasn’t as hot and it’s winter time. So when I took the hose off you can see that the inside of the hose has separated from the outer part and has bubbled up occluding the hose. Now I’m gonna have to try to find a replacement hose. (

I really love this shower head but I had issues with it leaking. For some reason I have to leave the Allen key in order for it not to leak out of the crevice past where it screws into your shower arm. This section is able to extend to create that gap once screwed in. I love the shower head but I doubt I'd buy anything like this from wayfair again after this and the overly expensive yet cheaply made shower rod I bought from here. Everything is tight! And I used nearly all the thread tape.
