This stove exceeds my expectations! I run this stove 24/7 and i clean it every 4 days. The ash pan will be full but the burn pot has been remarkably clean! Keeps my two story home 74 degrees on level 2 on the coldest days and nights. Would definitely recommend this stove to anyone looking to supplement heating. This unit with its bay window makes any rooms ambiance feel warm and toasty and looks great also.

I have had this pellet stove for about 5 years now. It couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Ignite times-626 (replaced one igniter due to tile breaking) Run time-10987 and haven’t replaced really much of anything besides auger bearings and auger. (Just so. Have an extra for cleaning) I did upgrade to the stainless pot, helped out a ton with keeping the pot clean. I t have burned turmans pellets after the first year when the cheap local glue filled pellets would gum up the auger. Heats my 1900 sq foot bi-level house without a problem from the basement.
