Have had nothing but problems. Customer service is horrible! They don’t answer phone, leaving messages aren’t any better. Do not recommend this pellet stove!

We have had nothing but problems with this stove. Bought it in August, wasn't delivered until late October. Worked properly a total of 2 months (not consecutively). Customer service with Comfortbilt is a joke. Stay away from this stove!

Heats fair. I expected better. Several things left from manual.. I had it two months and had blower motors failure. I will say Comfortbilt does replace parts and is really great to work with.
