We ordered the white oak we used a combination of glue and black screws . As you can see it looks gorgeous … but there were several damaged, the ends need better packing Wayfair resolution refunded us and overall we are very happy with their service. as they are heavy

Dont spend your money on this! I have purchased 2 boxes of these panels before and 1 of them is was damaged but since I had to cut it to fit in my space I let it go. Then I purchased 2 more boxes of the same product to get another project done and guess what ALL of the pieces were damaged and when I tried to place a return order replace the product Wayfair team just said that unfortunately they couldnt HELP me because the return date window was closed. How come they cannot do anything about it. The box was closet until I started the project. How could I assume the product was all broken inside the package They dont care about their clients needs.
