Placed an order was very easy and delivered when promised. Also bought rugs and I am very pleased.

This unit looks sleek, & I like that the top of the vent moves up and down to distribute the air. I like the light-up design in the front, so it's clear what the temperature is, even from across the room. It's also nice that it is self-evaporating, so no need to dump a bucket of water from using the dehumidifier. My complaints are that as soon as the temperature reached the 80s outdoors, this A/C has not been able to keep up as well, and I live in a very small apartment. So it's probably best for a bedroom/office with the door closed than a living room. It also does not come with a battery for the remote, but you need the remote for several functions like "sleep." Also the remote has the power button at the bottom (instead of top), which can seem unimportant. But because it's counter to standard design, it's easy to forget and turn it to a warmer setting, when you meant colder, due to having the remote turned the wrong way.
