First, I should tell you that I don't expect to win $500 from you anytime soon. I bought a commercial cool air conditioner from you 14 months ago and it broke after 12 months. My problem. I bought another one from you at that time. 15 minutes after I made the purchase, I realized that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. My mistake. I called back immediately and cancelled that one and ordered the correct one. About a week later the correct one came and it was defective. I made arrangements to send it back. You very graciously sent me a prepaid label and I took it to Fedex. About the same time the first one that I had ordered and cancelled arrived. Luckily, I saw the Fedex truck pull up and ran out and refused the delivery. It took about a week of tracking, but it fiinally made it back to its' origination point. I was never billed for the second one and you refunded the money for the first one, so the pot's right, but what a hassle. Now I'll mention the one I bought a year ago. I ordered one with a heat and air option and when it arrived, it was the wrong one. It only had air. I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending that one back, so I agreed to a discounted price for that one. You never changed the model number on the order, so if it had broke during the warrantee period, I doubt it would have been covered. All in all, I'd just like to add that I've come to rely on Wayfair a little more over the past few years for good products and good service. Now I very seriously doubt that I will ever purchase another product from you. That thing weighed 70 pounds and I had to take it two different places before I found a place to accept it. I waited the full 24 hours to install after it was delivered. When I opened the box there were no instructions to put it together, luckily I had bought two different brand portable air conditioners, the other had instructions. After I turned it on the air didn’t stay cold. I walked over only to feel room temperature air blowing out.

This unit works awesome, makes quick work of cool a 350 square ft room from 95° down to about 68°. The only thing I wish is for the window kit to be large enough to fit a 60 inch tall sliding window.
