Beware that the square foot calculator is wrong on this product. It calculates 10 sqft per box but there are only 5 12" x 12" tiles per box making a total of 5 sqft. So the square foot price should be doubled as well. I am now stuck with a half finished floor and a budget that has doubled unexpectedly. Not happy at all. I've waited on hold for an hour and not spoken to anyone yet and the chat person/robot was totally unhelpful. The tile itself is quite nice but for the price I am now paying per sqft I probably could have gotten something even nicer.
