Don't fit any of the other 'similar' products sold on the site. Great idea but doesn't 'fit'.

I thought this was fantastic and would be just the ticket when I saw it online. It is nice decking. Most of the main tile pieces went together easily and snapped into place. However, there were several that wouldn't snap together at all without the use of a mallet. They really had to be forced together. I laid the main tiles out in a straight pattern, which I preferred. The problem I'm having is with the side trim and corner trim pieces - half of the pieces do not have the pegs needed to snap into the main tiles. It makes absolutely no sense to me why some pieces having the pegs and some don't. I called into customer service and spoke with a very helpful young lady that is reaching out to the manufacturer for further instruction on those trim pieces. I'm also going to have someone else come take a look with a new/different perspective. There's got to be something I'm missing. It does look very nice but at this point I'm not able to complete the project and it's just sitting there unfinished. Hoping for good news shortly
