I received the unit damaged and have requested the item to be returned twice to only be told the manufacturer will contact me and have not heard anything.. If it was possible to give negative stars I would.. they do not have good customer service and if you have issues or the item is damaged like I have wayfair.com will not back you and your purchases

Very quiet gonna see how it performs once it gets warm enough out side The water plug is inside Not sure if it will drip water outside well after running the unit it shuts off every 15 minutes then u gotta drain water big inconvenience now I got a 5 gallon bucket in bedroom to drain water so all u hear is drip drip very annoying they should have had a pump in there to make the water go outside
