Room was cold in an hour. So thankful!!! It was very hot upstairs and this has been a blessing!! A major upgrade from our 10,000 BTU Costway. Definitely would buy again. Actually quieter than our prior model. Very nice.

well it was making a very loud friction sound when i got it then it made a very loud extreme hitting sound then it shut off so im getting a replacement resent
