It hasnt really been that hot in Michigan yet. I purchased this air conditioner in May. Fast forward to June and the temperature is over 90°, this air conditioner just did not perform as I had hoped. Not whatsoever! I really wish to return this and I do not know if I can or not. I did however purchase a 5-year warranty so now I need to find out if I can send this back because I wasted my money. I should have kept my old window air conditioner.

This AC is perfect for a bedroom and possibly even a bigger space and it’s great. Had it for about three to four days and it’s been a relief. Now the only issue I would point out to being a bit annoying is the vent going outside, I have duct tape around it due to it falling out and not being able to stay without the tape. It’s a great air conditioner and the shipping was fast and up to my standard of receiving a package.
